In this paper, the removal efficiencies of total coliforms(TC), fecal coliforms(FC), fecal streptococcus(FS) and heterotrophic plate count(HPC) in simulated stabilization pond systems were studied. 本文研究了模拟稳定塘系统去除污染指示菌如总大肠菌群(TC),粪大肠菌群(FC),粪链球菌(FS)以及异养细菌(HPC)的作用。结果表明,16℃时污水在日进污水10t的模拟稳定塘系统停留9天后,TC与FC的密度下降4个数量级。在日进污水90t,污水理论水力停留时间10天的模拟稳定塘系统进行的全年跟踪监测结果表明,TC与FC密度随各塘依次递减。Ⅳ号塘出水的TC密度下降2.5个数量级,基本上达到了我国GB3838-88中规定的地面水Ⅲ级标准;FC密度下降3个数量级,达到WHO标准的轻污染水平,肯定了稳定塘系统去除污染指示菌的有效性。

Bacterial contamination in other water bodies including a lake in BinLake Park was serious.Only suburban Liuye Lake was one of the slightly polluted localities.

选择湖南省常德市江北城区水体为代表开展本项研究。结果表明,水体中污染指示菌,总大肠菌群(TC)和粪大肠菌群(FC)密度同BOD_5负荷以及综合污染指数P呈高度正相关。所以,污染指示菌指标,特别是粪大肠菌群指标足综合评价城市污水,尤其是生活污水污染的一个必不可少的重要参数。对该城区水体细菌污染的评价结果是,生活污水排放愈集中的地区,细菌污染愈严重。其中护城河水的TC密度超出我国地面水Ⅲ级标准4个数量级;FC密度超过WHO娱乐用水标准3个数量级。护城河是细菌污染最严重水体。包括滨湖公园内湖在内的接纳生活污水多或较多的水体,细菌污好也相当严重。只是远离城区的柳:芪廴境潭冉锨。

“大肠菌群”是水质污染的指示菌,测定大肠菌群的方法主要有多管发酵法、滤膜法。多管发酵法实验周期较长,适用于较复杂的水样检测。本文对多管发酵法实验过程中的一些具体问题、如革兰氏染色法中的注意事项、初发酵24h内产酸不产气样品的处理,多管发酵法操作步骤是否可简化等、结合实践经验进行了讨论和分析。
